Our approach is holistic and person-centered. We combine evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness with experiential practices such as yoga, meditation, and physical training. Whether you need one-on-one psychology sessions, family therapy, or well-being workshops, our experienced team is here to guide and support you.
Alcohol or Other Drugs Day Program
Seahaven Private offers a two-week intensive outpatient program designed to support individuals managing alcohol or drug-related challenges while balancing daily life. Using the evidence-based Living in Balance program, we provide relapse prevention strategies, holistic therapies, life skills sessions, and individual counseling. With expert-led support, NA/AA meetings, personal training, and a lifelong aftercare program, we empower clients to build healthier habits and long-term resilience.
Residential Recovery Program
Our private, structured, and supportive residential recovery program is designed for long-term well-being. With a maximum of 10 in-house clients, we ensure personalised care from our expert team in a safe, retreat-style setting near the coast. Our evidence-based "Living in Balance" program includes holistic therapies, life skills training, individual counselling, and 24/7 professional supervision. Choose from 28, 56, or 84-day programs in a calm and restorative environment.
Family Support Program
When a loved one is struggling with substance use, it can impact the entire family. Seahaven Private offers a three-week Family Program designed to help families navigate challenges, set healthy boundaries, and provide meaningful support while prioritising their own well-being. The program, led by experienced facilitators, covers the science behind behavioural patterns, relationship dynamics, and strategies for long-term wellness. Sessions are held weekly in Carrum and are also available via Zoom.
Evening Program
At Seahaven Private, we understand that life’s commitments—work, family, and personal responsibilities—can make it difficult to attend a residential program. That’s why we offer a four-week Evening Program designed to help you regain control while maintaining your daily routine. Through small-group sessions (maximum of 10 participants), our professional facilitators will help you explore the underlying causes of your challenges, develop emotional resilience, and create a healthier, more balanced future.
